Welcome to Cafetería El café de Diego, a charming spot located on the picturesque Av. del Mediterráneo in Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga. This café has recently undergone a delightful transformation that honors its roots while embracing modern flair. With its fresh decor, friendly vibe, and enticing menu, it promises a dining experience that’s both nostalgic and contemporary.

Step inside to find a beautifully designed space that features a stylish black and white aesthetic, creating an inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for savoring a morning coffee or indulging in a late afternoon snack. The café offers a cozy indoor seating area as well as a protected outdoor space, where you can enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun with your favorite beverage.

The menu at El café de Diego showcases a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes, making it an ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or a relaxing coffee break. Customers rave about the rich, aromatic coffee that serves as the perfect accompaniment to many delectable dishes. One highlight is the pitufo de pavo y queso, a delightful sandwich that has garnered praise for both its flavor and presentation. Maria Padilla Moyano expressed her delight after enjoying it, telling us, “¡Qué bien he desayunado!

For those seeking a more substantial meal, the café serves an impressive solomillo de cerdo paired with homemade fries and peppers – a dish that marries quality ingredients with excellent presentation, all at an incredible value for just €6.50.

El café de Diego is also a fantastic place for tapas enthusiasts. Customers have noted that the tapas are not only generous in size – comparable to half-portions – but also made from scratch, bursting with authentic flavors. A great choice for a casual lunch or a relaxing evening with friends, it's easy to see why it has quickly become a beloved local haunt.

While the café caters to various tastes with its wide array of offerings, it’s important to note that some items like churros may not always be available, especially during peak hours, as pointed out by Petri Eskola. Nevertheless, the café’s commitment to quality remains unequivocal, with daily offerings that keep patrons coming back for more.

Sitio recientemente reformado, solía ir con mis abuelos hace muchos años cuando tenía otro nombre. Carta y servicios modernizados.
